Against this backdrop, the China International ITS Industry Expo 2026 (CITSE 2026), jointly organized by the China Intelligent Transportation System Association and Xiamen Convention & Exhibition Group Inc., has emerged to serve as an industry barometer integrating cutting-edge technology launches, targeted industry matchmaking, and global resource integration.
CITSE 2026 will grandly open at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center (XICEC) from May 13–15. Here’s a sneak peek at the latest highlights:
I. Seizing Opportunities in the Global Intelligent Transportation Industry
CITSE 2026 targets over 60 international regions and collaborates with more than 1,000 global industry partners to conduct targeted invitations for international professional buyers. It effectively reaches over 30 countries and regions across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas, establishing a pathway for exhibiting companies to access diverse global markets. Among them, professional visitor delegations from 16 countries—including Germany, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Nigeria, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Israel—have confirmed their participation.

Currently, CITSE 2026 has received nearly 100 domestic procurement and technical requests, over 50 overseas requests from regions including Southeast Asia and Europe, as well as innovative products and technologies such as the globally premiered “Smart Urban Light Rail” and “AI Dual-Core Signal Controller.”

CITSE 2026 features three newly planned thematic exhibition zones: Future Transportation, Smart Urban Mobility, and Comprehensive Multidimensional Transportation. Spanning a total exhibition area of 20,000 square meters, CITSE 2026 comprehensively covers the entire ITS ecosystem. It showcases advanced innovative products, technologies, and solutions—including AI+, digital highway synergy, autonomous driving, traffic control systems, smart urban light rail, and the integration of transportation and energy—focusing on urban mobility and comprehensive multidimensional transportation scenarios, such as highway and road, rail transit, waterway, and air traffic.
